Last updated 7 July 2026Neyba (“we”) is building a way for neighbours to lend and borrow the things they need. Right now the only thing this site does is collect waitlist sign-ups, and this notice explains what we do with the details you give us.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect the name and email address you enter, and the fact that the sign-up came from this website. We don’t use tracking cookies and we don’t collect anything else about you.
Why we collect it
We use your name and email only to confirm your place on the waitlist and to let you know when Neyba launches in your neighbourhood. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We will never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who processes your data
Your details are handled on our behalf by a small number of service providers:
- Supabase — stores the waitlist database.
- Resend — delivers your confirmation email.
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides cookieless, aggregate traffic analytics (no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking).
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up until you leave the waitlist or it’s no longer needed. When you unsubscribe we stop emailing you and mark your record as opted-out; you can ask us to delete it entirely at any time.
Your rights
You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. You also have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To make any of these requests, email us at the address below.
